The Orthopedic Recovery Cushion with Detachable Fleece Toppers was produced as a multidimensional and durable pad for rest and rejuvenation in veterinary cages and kennels. Composed of three diverse layerings, the combination of the supportive foam cushion, orthopedic cover and soft microfleece topper solidify this product as the ideal unwind spot for pets. Produced with heavy-duty construction and quick-drying technology, the recovery cushion is long-lasting and easy to maintain. 

This product is effortless and profitable to clean. All three layerings of the pad can be detached for disinfecting, and are all machine washable and dryer safe. The orthopedic recovery cushion and its toppers cut laundry wash loads by ⅓ and save 90% energy. Cleaning for this item utilizes 70% less water than cotton, reducing wear on the equipment and saving 15,000 to 20,000 gallons of water annually.

This item is made to order and production takes approximately 30 days. The cost of the recovery cushion depends on the sizing with the smallest size (W 21.75” by L 28”) retailing at $235. Alternatively, the W 33.75” by L 28” variant comes out to $265 and the W 45.75” by L 28” costs $295. The Orthopedic Recovery Cushion and its Detachable Fleece Toppers were designed to provide comfort and support to animals of all shapes and sizes. 

Along with this product, Contingenci® recommends investing in additional variants of the Fleece Topper and Orthopedic Cover. These extra components can be purchased in the same sizings as the pad and allow consumers to easily switch them out, reducing the need for frequent washing, minimizing wear and tear on the original cover and keeping the bed fresh for longer.
